Tour Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Join Adventure Flores. By booking a tour or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking & Payment

* A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required deposit or full payment.

* Official Payment Policy

For your security, all payments must be made only to the official bank account under the name PT. Jaga Alam Indah.

Join Adventure Flores is not responsible for any payments made to bank accounts or payment methods other than our officially designated account. Please verify the account details with us before making any payment if you have any doubts.

* The remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid before the tour departure.

* Prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated.

* Payment processing fees charged by banks or payment providers are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

* Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure are eligible for a refund, excluding any non-refundable processing fees.

* Cancellations made 15–29 days before departure are eligible for a 50% refund.

* Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure are non-refundable.

* No refunds will be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, or unused services.

3. Weather & Safety

* The safety of our guests is our highest priority.

* Tour itineraries may be changed, delayed, or canceled due to weather conditions, sea conditions, government regulations, or instructions from the local Port Authority.

* Route adjustments may be made without prior notice if necessary for safety.

* No compensation will be provided for itinerary changes made for safety reasons.

4. Health & Fitness

* Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in the tour.

* Please inform us before departure of any medical conditions, allergies, dietary requirements, or mobility limitations.

* We reserve the right to refuse participation if a guest’s condition could endanger themselves or others.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:

* Medical emergencies

* Trip cancellation

* Personal accidents

* Lost or damaged luggage

* Emergency evacuation

6. National Park & Government Fees

* Entrance fees to Komodo National Park and other government charges are not included, unless specifically stated in your booking confirmation.

* Government fees may change without prior notice.

7. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

* Follow all safety instructions provided by guides and crew.

* Respect local communities, culture, wildlife, and the environment.

* Avoid touching, feeding, or disturbing wildlife.

* Never remove coral, shells, or any protected natural objects.

* Dispose of waste responsibly.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused intentionally or through negligence.

8. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the trip.

Join Adventure Flores is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

9. Photography & Media

During the tour, our guides or photographers may capture photos and videos for promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in promotional materials, please inform us before the tour begins.

10. Force Majeure

Join Adventure Flores shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

* Severe weather

* Natural disasters

* Government restrictions

* Port closures

* Pandemics

* Civil disturbances

* Transportation disruptions

11. Liability

Join Adventure Flores operates tours with the highest commitment to safety and professionalism.

However, participation in adventure activities involves inherent risks. By joining the tour, guests acknowledge these risks and agree to participate at their own responsibility.

Our liability is limited to the value of the tour purchased, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved under Indonesian law.
