   Our cancellation policy depends on the tour package and boat operator.

   Generally:

   * More than 30 days before departure: partial or full refund (depending on the package)

   * 15–30 days before departure: partial refund may apply

   * Less than 14 days before departure: non-refundable.

   *If the tour is canceled due to extreme weather or government restrictions, we will offer rescheduling or other available options whenever possible.
